Hey, I’m Abbie.

I’m a certified Personal Trainer with over 8 years of gym experience. Fitness has changed my life for the better and I’m now on a mission to provide others with the tools and knowledge they need to transform their lives too!

With the right program and diet, you will see fitness and training as a tool to help you grow both physically and mentally. Whatever your goal, whether it is to burn fat, grow your glutes, build muscle or get stronger, I can help you.

My goal is to help women to feel empowered, strong and confident.

Growing up I was very active and had a passion for sports and competition. Along the way that passion faded and fitness took a back seat. Without fitness and exercise as a part of my everyday life, I noticed some negative changes, particularly in my self-confidence, sleep quality and energy levels. I allowed this period to last longer than I’d have liked, which made the journey to where I am today far more challenging, but making the decision to start training again was the best thing I could have done.

I found my motivation from many different places, such as looking backward at what I used to be capable of, forwards to what I could become, and the community I was building across social media. Over the years I have been researching and experimenting with different training styles and developing my knowledge on nutrition to understand the benefits and drawbacks of different approaches. I found what worked best for me and I discovered a new passion in helping others become the best version of themselves.
